Where is my order?

I received a defective item.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Such issues are rare but can occur during shipping. Please send pictures and the quantity of damaged items to our email (including your order number) at help@ranlush.com. We will replace the damaged items and cover all associated costs.
I would like to return the package.
